- We don't dilute our products with water so each dog gets the full benefit of the therapeutic products.

Safety protocols
- We have an impeccable safety record, unlike other grooming shops in town.
- We never leave a dog alone. Our groomers give your dog their undivided attention. They are not on cellphones.
- We especially never leave a dog on a grooming table unsupervised, because dogs jump and can hang themselves.
- We don't have electric tables so dogs cannot get crushed under them.
- We hand dry our dogs, not in metal cages where they can roast.
- We have a relationship with one of the top veterinarians in town in case a medical incident occurs on our watch, Dr. Winters. This has never happened but if there was any medical incident you would be immediately called.
- Our groomers were hand selected for their talent and especially for their gentle and caring dispositions with dogs. We are true animal lovers.

Do you accept dogs that are not spayed or neutered?
We do not accept any puppies or dogs who are not spayed or neutered for the safety of other furry clients.
Do you offer dog training?
Not at this time, but we’ve found that socializing the dogs in our dog daycare facility leads to a more calm and friendly personality for our daycare clients.
Do you offer boarding overnight?
Absolutely! Rather than locking dogs up in kennels overnight, we partner with our dog loving staff to offer boarding services from the comfort of their homes. Then they bring your fur babies in to work each day for all day dog daycare, socialization, and playing – sending you cute updates along the way so that you can enjoy your travel stress-free and guilt-free.
How long does dog grooming or a dog bath take?
The time of a grooming appointment changes depending on doggie size and the services requested. A typical bath is 1 hour and a typical Groom is 2 hours. A time of estimated completion is provided at the beginning of the appointment. Many of our a la carte services take under 10 minutes depending on stylist availability.
