Do you accept dogs that are not spayed or neutered?
We do not accept any puppies or dogs who are not spayed or neutered for the safety of other furry clients.
What areas do our customers come from?
Our customers come from all across Los Angeles, but mostly from neighborhoods around West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. We are located near the Sunset Strip, but are conveniently close to The Bird Streets and Trousdale Estates.
Do you offer dog training?
Not at this time, but we’ve found that socializing the dogs in our dog daycare facility leads to a more calm and friendly personality for our daycare clients.
Do you offer boarding overnight?
Absolutely! Rather than locking dogs up in kennels overnight, we partner with our dog loving staff to offer boarding services from the comfort of their homes. Then they bring your fur babies in to work each day for all day dog daycare, socialization, and playing – sending you cute updates along the way so that you can enjoy your travel stress-free and guilt-free.
How long does dog grooming or a dog bath take?
The time of a grooming appointment changes depending on doggie size and the services requested. A typical bath is 1 hour and a typical Groom is 2 hours. A time of estimated completion is provided at the beginning of the appointment. Many of our a la carte services take under 10 minutes depending on stylist availability.
Do you offer cat grooming in West Hollywood, CA?

Are daycare packages refundable?
No, because daycare packages are discounted sale items. All sales are final. Every package expires after date stated at purchase.
Special arrangements to extend packages are made on a case by case basis, but client must speak with Toni for exceptions.
