Our story

We are proud that we have not had any cases of dog virus.

We credit this to being very careful with our safety protocols.

Here are some of the safety protocols we've adopted to prevent illness:

1: Implementing an antiviral air-filtration system in all our rooms.

2: Sterilizing our tools and stations between dogs.

3: Keeping windows open for fresh air and circulation.

4: Servicing each dog 1 on 1, so your dog is always under expert supervision.

5: Banning communal dog bowls, to prevent sharing of water.

6: Staying up to date with our veterinarian partners on best practices.

7: Cleaning meticulously and steaming our floors regularly.

8: Watching closely for any symptoms of dogs sneezing or coughing. This has not yet happened. If it ever were to happen, we would immediately isolate the dog and ask the owner to bring them to the veterinarian.
